Shipping Information: Wow Pack.in currently ships to over 15,000 PIN codes across India.

Shipping Charges:

• Shipping charges are determined by the weight, volume, and destination of the package.
• Customers can opt for local pickup and arrange self-pickup.
• Additional charges may apply for ODA (Out of Delivery Area) PIN codes.

• Processing Time:
  • Plain products are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days, subject to stock availability.
  • Custom products require 3-8 business days for processing before shipping. We will send you a WhatsApp or email for print approvals.
  • Delays may occur for orders placed on holidays or weekends. We strive to minimize these delays and will notify you promptly if any arise.
• Delivery Time:
  • Delivery timelines vary depending on location:
    • Mumbai: 1-4 business days
    • Maharashtra & Gujarat: 3-6 business days
    • Metro Cities: 3-6 business days
    • Other States: 5-10 business days
    • North East/ J&K / ODA Pincodes: 7-12 business days
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, political disruptions, festivals, strikes, or lockdowns.

Change in Shipping Details:

• The contact number provided for delivery should be a valid 10-digit mobile number. If the number is unreachable or incorrect, we cannot be held responsible for delivery failures.
• Address changes can only be made before the order is packed or dispatched.

Damaged Parcels:

• We recommend making a video while opening the packaging as proof in case you need to claim a return or replacement.
• If the parcel appears tampered with or is open upon arrival, kindly reject it and inform us immediately. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further details.

Tracking:

• You will receive updates on your package, including tracking details via email and text message.
• You can also log in to your account on our website to check your order status.
• Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking link.

Remote Location Shipping:

• A minimal surcharge may apply for deliveries to remote or hard-to-access locations. We will notify you via email if your delivery destination falls under such a zone.

International Delivery:

• We offer worldwide delivery. Shipping charges for orders outside of India are calculated based on your destination country. Please contact us at support@wowpack.in to inquire and place an order.

Additional Information:

• All domestic orders are subject to GST, and you will receive a GST invoice via email upon placing an order.
• If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately from different locations, and you will receive separate tracking links for each item.
• Please make a video while opening the packaging as proof in case you need to claim a return or replacement.
