Refund and Returns Policy

At wowpack.in, we are committed to offering high quality packaging solutions and exceptional customer service. Please review our refund and return policies below:
 
Returns
 
•Eligibility: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a video showing the package being opened as proof.
•Non-Returnable Items: Custom printed orders and any custom orders are not eligible for returns or refunds.
 
Return Process
 
1.Initiate a Return: Email us at support@wowpack.in with your receipt or proof of purchase to start the return process.
2.Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, our courier partners will arrange a pickup. Please ensure the product is packed securely, and the return label is attached. If pickup service is unavailable in your area, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us.
3.Important Note: Ensure the contact number provided for delivery is a valid 10-digit mobile number. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or unreachable numbers.
 
Order Cancellation
 
•Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within a few hours if they haven’t been packed or dispatched. Once an order is in the fulfillment stage, no changes can be made. Promotional or discount codes cannot be applied after the order is placed.
•Refund on Cancellation: If the order is canceled before dispatch, a full refund (minus any payment processing fees) will be issued. After dispatch, no refund will be provided.
 
Exchanges & Refunds
 
•Damaged Goods: If you receive a damaged or defective item, email us at support@wowpack.in within 24 hours, including images of the unopened package. We will replace the item upon approval of your claim.
•Quality Issues: If you are dissatisfied with the quality, you may return the goods for a full refund (less courier/shipping charges). This policy does not apply to custom printed orders.
•Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
 
Late or Missing Refunds
 
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
 
•Check Your Account: Review your bank account or credit card statement.
•Contact Your Bank: It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
•Still No Refund? If you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@wowpack.in.
 
Damaged in Transit
 
•Do Not Accept: Please do not accept goods that are damaged in transit. If necessary, note the damage on the courier slip before accepting the delivery.
•Notify Us: Email us with proof of the damaged items, and we will either replace the goods or issue a refund as needed.
 
Product Condition
 
•Returned products must be in the same condition as received. Products that are broken, used, or tampered with will not be accepted.
•Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after receipt and inspection.
 
Shipping Costs
 
•You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
•Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
•For returning expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
